Returns & Refund Policy

At Midnightt Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our pieces are unique and often fragile, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process for everyone.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. According to our logistics partner’s requirements, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Requirement: Please send a clear photo or video of the damaged item and the shipping label to mdnighttlight@gmail.com
Action: Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

2. Items Not Received

We track every journey. If your order has not arrived within the estimated 7-12 day window, please allow a small buffer for carrier delays.

Non-Delivery Claims: If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 days, or if the "estimated delivery date" has passed by 10 days, please contact us.
Note: We cannot offer refunds for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if a package is missing.

3. Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product (wrong crystal, wrong size, or incorrect deity collection), please notify us within 5 days.

Requirement: Provide a photo of the item received alongside the shipping label. We will ship the correct item to you immediately or issue a refund.

4. Change of Mind / Returns

To maintain our commitment to sustainability and efficient shipping, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." * Because many of our items are natural crystals or made-to-order, each sale is final once the processing stage begins.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Product Variations

Please note that crystals are natural earth elements. Variations in color, size, and internal textures are not considered "defects" but rather the unique DNA of the stone. We do not offer refunds based on natural aesthetic variations.
