Section 6: Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Delivery Estimates We have recently optimized our fulfillment network to provide an improved customer experience. Most domestic orders are now delivered within an estimated 7 to 12 business days after the processing period. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
6.2 Processing Time Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days prior to shipment. During peak seasons, launches, or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Your shipping window begins once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6.3 Separate Shipments To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched in separate packages. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. This does not increase your shipping cost but allows us to prioritize the fastest available inventory for you.
6.4 Tracking & Carrier Responsibility Once a tracking number is issued, it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update their system. Midnightt Light is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, transit accidents, or local postal disruptions. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our contractual obligation is fulfilled.
6.5 International Orders & Customs For orders shipped outside of our primary domestic hubs, delivery may take 10–20 business days. All international packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
