At Midnightt Light, we have recently optimized our fulfillment network to ensure your orders reach you faster and with more transparency. By partnering with global logistics experts, we have reduced our standard delivery times while maintaining the high quality you expect.

1. Processing & Fulfillment

Every order is processed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare your items for shipment.

  • Note: During peak holiday seasons or special collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Estimated Shipping Windows

We are proud to now offer a streamlined delivery experience. Once your order has been handed off to our carriers, the estimated arrival times are:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 7–12 business days.

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days.

3. Order Tracking & Carrier Updates

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

  • The "Pending" Period: It is common for tracking numbers to take 24–48 hours to show activity. If your tracking says "Label Created" or "Pending," it means your package is in the initial sorting phase at the logistics hub.

4. Multiple Shipments (Standard Procedure)

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Because we work with specialized artisans across different fulfillment centers, your items may be dispatched at different times. If you receive part of your order first, please know the rest is already on its way.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Midnightt Light is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for stolen mail. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Delayed or Stuck Packages: If your tracking has not updated for 15 consecutive days, please contact us immediately so we can open a formal inquiry with the carrier.
